  • Locate all valuables and important paperwork/documents
  • Communicate details of findings with family members or designated person
  • Take pictures of possessions for out of town family members who may wish to have some items from the home
  • Create an inventory list, if requested
  • Assist with packing of items to be kept
  • Assist with shipment of heirlooms to family and friends
  • Arrange for storage of items
  • Coordinate the sale of remaining items (via auction, consignment, or other services)
  • Drop off small items for donation to charity of your choice
  • Arrange for the removal and disposal of all remaining unwanted items
  • Coordinate and supervise other third party services (such as realtors, house cleaners, gardeners, contractors, junk haulers etc.)
  • Help to prepare the residence for sale
